I requested to Get Help, but its delaying, what do I do?

How to first report Delay in Getting Help to Support.

  1. Log into your MMM Personal office (PO)
  2. Click on Support, then click CREATE to open a ticket like this:
  3. Excase: PROBLEMS WITH THE CREATION OF THE WITHDRAWAL ORDERS.
  4. Title: I REQUESTED TO GET HELP AND AM NOT GETTING MATCHED.
  5. Your message: Share your experience or story
  6. Browse: Upload any relevant document of screenshot (only if necessary)
  7. Click Save to submit ticket.

 

Note:

  • After this, you will get response from Support/CRO, follow their instructions and wait (waiting may take up to 48 hours, depending on their workload).
  • If you have been placed on Temporary Moratorium, they will tell you.

I requested to Get Help, but I haven't been matched yet.

YOU MIGHT HAVE BEEN PLACED ON TEMPORARY MORATORIUM TEMPORARY MORATORIUM TAKES ABOUT 15 DAYS TO BE LIFTED.

  • Get Help Request are honoured from almost immediately to within 24 hours of posting the request.
  • There are a few reasons why Get Help request experiences any kind of delays; including:
  1. Violation of the rules of MMM participation
  2. Adding, Editing or changing Account Details
  • Adding, Editing or Deleting of any account details TRIGGERS AN INVESTIGATION, which leads to account being placed on temporary moratorium.
  • Moratorium is a way MMM support takes measure to secure participants account from Hackers, so bear with them, be patient and all will be resolved soon.

What Support/CRO may require of you.

Send them a copy of you International passport, National ID or Voters card, then take a photo with whatever you choose next to your face and and send them, just send whatever they require of you, they may even ask the other person too to submit these things.

Temporary Moratorium is noticed when you have a delay in Getting Help

STEP 1: REPORT GH MATCH DELAY TO SUPPORT

STEP 2: FIX THE ISSUES

  • From Step 1 above, support will respond and tell you what the problem is.
  • Attend to what Support has advised, if you think they are wrong, reply and say so.
  • If its a case of one bank account on multiple MMM account, fix this.
  • If its a case of having multiple MMM accounts, fix this or tell them they are wrong.
  • If asked, submit a photo or scan copy of your Identity Document (ID) and a photo of you holding the ID in your hand beside your face.
  • ID may include international Travel Passport, National ID Card, Voter’s Card. Sometime they may accept other forms of Identification, but I will simply say GOOD LUCK.

 

STEP 3: YOU WAIT PATIENTLY (+-15 DAYS).

  • Waiting period is about 15 Days, it may be longer.
  • After 15 days, you may begin to worry and contact your Guider.
  • After 15 days, you may contact Support again to find out the problem.

 

STEP 4: SMILE AND REJOICE

  • Make sure you had a pending Get Help (GH) request waiting to be matched.
  • When temporary Moratorium is lifted, you GH request will be matched.

What is Temporary Moratorium?

  1. A legally authorized period of delay in the performance of a legal obligation or the payment of a debt and the waiting period set by an authority. For MMM its 15 days.
  2. A suspension of activity. For MMM, it means a participant is not able to Get Help (GH) or withdraw mavros.

Why am I placed on Temporary Moratorium?

Moratorium means non-assignment of your GH order OR delayed GH order.

This is what causes it:-

  1. Change of password
  2. Editing your banking details
  3. Deleting your banking details
  4. Any form of deleting or replacing your personal details.

Why this?

HACKERS are the major reason for this. When you account gets hacked, the first point of call is your banking details, including Bitcoin address. Hence, the MORATORIUM rule to minimize loss of your mavros to them.

When you are on moratorium, your GH gets delayed for 15days to 1 month depending on the weight of the intrusion.

  • Don’t worry, its nothing serious if truly you did the edits/deletions yourself.
  • MMM CRO/Support may require you to provide proof of your identity.

How long does Temporary Moratorium last?

  • 15 Days to 30 Days
  • Usually 15 Days
  • Whether 15 Days, 21 Days or 30 Days, either way you wait patiently as there is no shortcut to waiting.
  • While you wait, your mavros continue to grow normally.

What do I do to get Temporary Moratorium Lifted off my account?

How do I know temporary Moratorium has been lifted?

  • Your pending Get Help request will be matched automatically.
  • Your freshly initiated Get Help request will be honoured within minutes.

 

This means you are better off if you leave your request to Get Help (GH) running, DO NOT DELETE/CANCEL IT.

Does Temporary Moratorium affect the growth of my Mavros?

  • NO
  • Your mavros continue to grow as normal.

I have been matched to Provide Help (PH), should I pay?

  • YES
  • If you don’t pay, your account will be blocked and this will create fresh problems for you. Pay immediately and don’t complicated your situation.

What will CRO/Support possible require of me?

1. A photo or scan copy of your identity document, which may include any of:

  • International Travel Passport.
  • National Identity card.
  • National Voter’s card.

2. A photo of you holding your identity document in your hand and beside your face.
